1. I was surprised to read that growth was the most important stage in a venture. I can understand why that is very important. I just thought that stabilization would be more important.
2. The fatal visions on strategic planning were confusing to me. It was hard for me to understand everything fully.
3. Why do you think that it is more important to provide rewards for success and not punishment for failures? Also, where do you get your knowledge from? How do you know all of this?
4. I agreed with pretty much everything other than the author saying that it is not important to give punishment after we fail. I think punishment can make us work harder for we want so we get it right the first time around.
