Week 13 Reading Reflection

1. I was surprised by due diligence evaluation. 
2. I was confused when the author started talking about adjustable tangible book value. I have never heard of it before and all of the different parts to it made it confusing to understand. 
3. Which of the factors that influences a business's value is most important? Where do you get your knowledge and expertise from? Have you ever dealt with bias before?
4. There was nothing that I did not agree with. The author is the expert and I am not. I learned a lot from this chapter.
